Good Morning, Joplin. This Memorial Day, let's take a moment to reflect on the meaning of this important holiday. Memorial Day is a time to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces.
While many of us have spent the long weekend with family and friends, let’s not forget the significance of this day and express our gratitude for those who have served and sacrificed.
To those who have served or have loved ones who have served, we thank you.
Wishing you all a safe, peaceful, and meaningful Memorial Day.

🍽 How it works:
Share your unique referral link (click the button below or copy & paste the link).
If just one person signs up through your link, you’re entered.
One referral enters you into the drawing every month going forward.
That’s it — no need to create a bunch of fake email addresses. Just share with one real friend!
The first winner will be announced on Wednesday, June 4th.
A new winner will be drawn on the first Monday of every month from then on!
🕐 Why refer now?
Because this is the first drawing — and the pool of participants will never be smaller. Your odds will never be better than this week.
So don’t wait. Tell a friend. Forward the email. Drop the link. And maybe you’ll be dining on us come June.

🏃 The Memorial Day “Murph” Workout
The Memorial Day Murph workout is a powerful tribute to fallen Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his heroism during Operation Red Wings in 2005. Murphy's favorite workout, originally called "Body Armor," has evolved into the "Murph Challenge," a demanding routine that includes a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run—ideally performed while wearing a 20-pound weighted vest.
This workout has become a Memorial Day tradition across the United States, symbolizing the endurance and sacrifice of military service members. It is performed by thousands annually, serving both as a physical challenge and a commemorative act.
Participants are encouraged to join these events to pay tribute to Lt. Murphy and all fallen service members through this challenging and meaningful workout.
